Support for SeisComP 3
SeisComP 3 can be used free of any charges if the user accepts and respects the licences for SeisComP 3. Support by GFZ Potsdam, however, is limited to coordinating and contributing to the ongoing software development. Specifically, GFZ cannot provide support for installation, upgrading and maintenance issues.

Forum
The SeisComP 3 forum has been launched to replace the mailing list. Please register to read software support categories.
Commercial support
Commercial professional support (installation, training courses, maintenance, module development and modification) is offered by:
- gempa GmbH, a software company based in Germany as a spin-off from GFZ founded by the main SeisComP3 developers offering also additional commercial modules for SeisComP3.
- ISTI, a seismic software support company based in the US providing consulting support for customers using various earthquake data acquisition and software systems.
- OSOP* a company based in Panama developing both seismic software and hardware.
