• removed and replaced all internal references to SEISCOMP3_ROOT with SEISCOMP_ROOT

Known bugs

scautoloc

• The configured Locsat travel time table with autoloc.locator.profile has no effect. A fix is already applied and will be available in the next version. For this release this patch can be applied to fix it.
